Introduction
Do you have a large garden or piece of land that you think has development potential?
If so Rymack Ltd provides a comprehensive service. This covers the initial evaluation stage all the way through to the design, application for planning and development of your site.
Stage 1
We will arrange a time at your convenience to visit your property, which will allow us to evaluate the land in terms of Local and National Planning Policies. Further attention will focus on issues regarding access, restrictions of trees or other environmental aspects including drainage and surface water runoff.
Stage 2
If your site satisfies the required development criteria, Rymack Ltd are able to provide full archetectural and planning consultancy services. We will submit a planning application including all of the required drawings, design & access statements and further reports to achieve the desired planning permission.
Stage 3
We provide full Building Regulation Drawings necessary to implement the planning permission. Furthermore, we are able to purchase and develop the site. This can be done as an outright purchase or a joint venture.
